T B Landmark’s experience in the gas construction industry is extremely diversified. We perform sole-source construction maintenance contracts for various gas companies within Florida. These contracts, along with complimenting open-bid awards and word of mouth referrals, have made us a leader in our markets.
Our projects include:
- Large scale replacement projects using: directional drilling, pipe bursting, and pipe insertion methods.
- Installation of new systems in residential subdivisions, commercial office parks, power parks, active schools, apartment complexes, and prisons.
- Mainline projects of steel and HDPE piping installed within state right of ways.
- Installation and maintenance of regulator stations, meter sets, customer conversions from LP and interior re-piping.
Additionally, we provide construction services for the liquefied propane industry. These services range from installation of storage tanks, above and below ground piping, installation and start-up of equipment. We have completed projects on military installations, active airports, seaports, subdivisions and within industrial applications.
