Our Services
Horizontal Directional Drilling
T B Landmark currently owns and operates 25 HDD rigs in various pull-back capacities up to a million pounds ; including over 200 pieces of support equipment. We have performed drill shots in excess of 4,800 linear feet in a single pull, with diameters up to 48 inches.
Natural Gas Transmission & Distribution
T B Landmark’s experience in the gas construction industry is extremely diversified. We perform sole-source construction maintenance contracts for various gas companies within Florida. These contracts, along with complimenting open-bid awards and word of mouth referrals, have made us a leader in our markets.

Gas Projects
Indian River HP Connector Ph I & II
Installation of 81,700’ of 6” Steel Natural Gas Line.
Brevard RNG 12” MDPE Natural Gas Pipeline
Installation of 25,908’ of 12” MDPE Pipe gas main by open cut and HDD. This project also included a gate station.
PPC Sebastian RD Relocate
Installation of 6,124’ of 6” Steel Natural Gas by HDD.
Nopetro Interconnect
Installation of 3100’ of 2” PE, 2800’ of 6” steel, 1300’ of 8” steel gas main and 500’ of 2” conduit and the construction of a duel run RNG station coming from the landfill.

Installation of 4,295’ of 8” Steel Natural Gas by HDD & Open Cut.
KSC Roberts Rd 4 Inch Steel Natural Gas Main Extension
Installation of 3,500' of 4" steel gas main, regulator station and meter station.

Lift Station 72 Bypass Force Main
Construction of 1240’ of 24” PVC, 6000’ of 20” PVC, 11000’ of 16” PVC, 20’ of 12” PVC, 20’ of 8” PVC, 20’ of 6” PVC all installed by open cut method. 5200’ of 24” HDPE, 6000’ of 20” HDPE, 1700’ of 16” HDPE all installed by HDD. 42” steel casing Jack and Bore and a 36” Steel casing Jack and Bore. All associated Valves, ARV, and fittings.
SR 207 HDD
Fusion and installation of 7 drills 1,500’ and 900’ of 30” HDPE Reclaimed Water Main and (2) 1,500’ of 30” HDPE Force Main, and 500’, 750’ and 816’ of 20” force main by HDD. 5 drills remaining to be completed.
East Palatka Septic to Sewer- Phase IV
Construction of individual residential grinder pump stations, small diameter sanitary force main piping and master pump station and force main piping, as well as directional bores under roadways and driveways along US 17 (SR 15) connecting to the existing 6-inch sanitary force main at the southwest corner of US 17 (SR 15) and Horse Landing Road.

East Side Regional Force Main (Part A)
Installation of 82’of 4” C900 PVC, 75’ of 10” C900 PVC, 100’ of 12” C900 PVC, 25’ of 16” C900 PVC, 12’ of 18” C900 PVC, 201’ of 20” C900 PVC and 353’ of 24” C900 PVC Force Main by open cut. Project also included 1,200’ of 4” HDPE DR 11, 2,500’ of 10” HDPE DR 11, 1,600’ of 20” HDPE DR 11 and 6,400’ of 24” HDPE DR 11 force Main by HDD.

King Street Bridge -San Sebastian River WM Replacement
Installation of 805’ of 18” HDPE DR-11 WM by Subaqueous HDD, and 200’ of 8” PVC within the FDOT right of way. Project required extensive MOT planning and execution due to the highly congested FDOT right-of-way in the heart of St. Augustine, FL.
Villages of Westport Offsite FM HDD
Fusion and installation of 7 Drills: 600’, 300’, 350’, 350’, 1,070’, 650’, and 500’ of 24” HDPE FM by HDD
Deer Point Dam Raw Water Line Utility Mitigation Ph II
Installation of 2,115' of 42” IPS HDPE Subaqueous Raw Water Main by horizontal directional drilling under Deer Point Reservoir and 540' of 36" PVC Raw Water Main.
Town of Callahan- Design/ Build- Crawford Diamond Development Water & Sewer Facilities
Design and Installation of 20 LF of 4” PVC FM, 15,251 LF of 8” PVC FM, and 4,260 LF of 12” PVC FM by open cut, 250 LF of 14” HDPE FM via HDD, 10,000 LF of 10” HDPE FM via HDD with the longest drill totaling 1,200 LF in a single pull. 300 LF of 12” PVC WM via open cut. Project also included 200 LF of 24” Steel Casing FM J/B, 200 LF of 24” Steel Casing WM J/B both under CSX Railroad and Building a Wastewater Treatment Plant and a Water Treatment Plant.
Nocatee South Reclaimed Water Improvements
Installation of 3,000 LF of 20-inch CL 250 ductile iron reclaimed water main by open cut, 1,200 LF of 24-inch DR11 HDPE reclaimed water main by horizontal directional drill, 75 LF of 36-inch and 50 LF of 30-inch steel casing by auger bore.
SR 228 Water & Sewer Main Extension
Installation of 160 LF of 16"PVC water main, 3,940 LF of 12" PVC water main, and 50 LF of 10" PVC force main via conventional installation; 1,140 LF of 24" HDPE casing with 16" FPVC water main carrier pipe, 460 LF of 12" FPVC water main, 1,150 LF of 16" HDPE casing pipe with 10" FPVC force main carrier pipe and, 540 LF of 10" FPVC force main via directional drilling.
